Analyze how to best engage someone in a conversation by researching their LinkedIn posts for motivations and finding key work skills from their job history. Based on someone's name and optionally company name, I'll try to find their LinkedIn profile and pull my research results from there. Appreciate any feedback to improve future versions. NOTE: Some non US LinkedIn posts are not found to analyze due to a bug in Agent.ai (hoping they can fix soon).
